Privacy Policy

The short version
FOM Consulting, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as The Scout Crew, operates the Service and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We collect the minimum data needed to run a paid Solana research tool: your wallet address (for authentication), an optional username, an optional email (for renewal reminders), and a record of your activity inside the Service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We never see, store, or transmit your private keys.
What we collect
- Wallet address. Your Solana wallet’s public key. Used to authenticate you and tie your subscription, settings, and history to a single identity. We verify ownership with a signed message — we never see or transmit private keys.
- Username. A public display name you choose during onboarding.
- Email (optional). If you provide one in account settings, we use it only to send renewal reminders and account-related notices. We do not send marketing email.
- Subscription transactions. The on-chain signature of the SOSANA transaction that paid for your subscription, plus tier, period, and expiry. All Solana transactions are already public on the blockchain.
- Activity inside the Service. Which pages you visit, which tokens you scan or watchlist, which agents you message, support tickets you open, and your votes/nominations during a round. Used to render your experience (history, watchlists, portfolios) and to debug problems.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, URL) is logged for security, rate-limiting, and error diagnosis. Retained for a limited period.
- Session cookie. A single HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in across visits. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies.
- Legal acceptance record. We retain the wallet-linked account, exact acknowledgement text, document versions, acceptance time, acceptance method, IP address, and user-agent used to evidence your agreement.
What we do not collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet secret.
- Your full token balances beyond what is needed to gate access (e.g., confirming a SOSANA holding for a tier).
- Real name, mailing address, phone number, government ID.
- Browsing activity outside the Service.
- Biometric, health, or financial-institution data.
How we use what we collect
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To provide subscribed features and enforce subscription limits.
- To render personal views (watchlists, portfolios, agent history, support ticket history).
- To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or attacks against the Service.
- To send a small number of operational emails (renewal reminders, security notices) only if you have provided an email.
- To debug errors and improve reliability.
- To document legal acceptance, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with law.
Third parties we share data with
We use a small number of vendors to operate the Service. We share the minimum data each one needs to do its job, and only for that purpose:
- AI and voice providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs may process prompts, agent messages, research context, audio or transcripts, and text selected for voice features. Do not submit secrets or information you do not want processed by an AI provider. Wallet addresses and identifying details are not intentionally sent unless they are part of your input or needed context.
- Data providers (which may include Helius, Birdeye, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko, Jupiter, RugCheck, LunarCrush, Telegram, and similar sources) — to fetch on-chain, market, safety, project, and social data. We send token addresses, public wallet addresses, social identifiers, and similar lookup keys required for the requested research.
- Email delivery — operational emails are sent via our SMTP provider. Only your email address and the message body are shared.
- Error monitoring — monitoring systems may receive stack traces, request metadata, and diagnostic context when something goes wrong. We minimize user content, but diagnostic data can contain information present in a failed request.
- Hosting and infrastructure — application servers and databases are hosted by infrastructure providers under contract. They have access to data only to the extent needed to run the platform.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your data to anyone. We do not share data with advertisers or use it for ad targeting.
Providers may process data in the United States or other countries under their infrastructure and contractual terms. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, complete a corporate transaction, or with your direction.
Data retention
We retain account and member activity while active and ordinarily for up to 24 months after the last activity; support records and agent conversations ordinarily for up to 24 months; security and request logs ordinarily for up to 12 months; and legal acceptance, subscription, payment, tax, fraud, and dispute records for up to 7 years after the relevant transaction or relationship ends. We may retain information longer for a legal hold, investigation, unresolved dispute, or legal obligation, and may retain deidentified or aggregated information.
Your rights
You can request access to your account data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@thescoutcrew.com. Deletion is irreversible. Note that we cannot delete on-chain transactions — those are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are public regardless of what we do.
If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants additional privacy rights (e.g., the European Union, the United Kingdom, California), those rights apply to you to the extent the law requires.
We verify requests by asking you to authenticate the relevant wallet or provide reasonably matching information. An authorized agent may act where law permits, subject to proof of authority. We aim to respond within 45 days, subject to lawful extensions. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect data in transit with TLS and apply standard server-side protections (rate limits, input validation, scoped database access, encrypted backups). No service can guarantee perfect security; if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
If a breach triggers applicable notification law, we will provide required notices to affected people and authorities. No security method or blockchain-connected service can eliminate all risk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, by notice within the Service.
